Vincent Price narrates his own routine: wake, load the car, drive out, deal with the bodies, be home before dark. The horror is the schedule. Incantation's first record is the same grinding daily liturgy — tempo dropping into tar and then hauling itself back up, over and over, because that is the job. Both are about doing a terrible thing well for a very long time.
